Rina, Owner & Managing Consultant

Hi, I’m Rina Bharath, and I set up MiniMe Marketing in 2010, to help businesses with their marketing & PR activities. After graduating from the London College of Music and Media with a BA Honours in Design and Media Management, I have spent time working for the likes of Unipart Automotive, Zurich Financial Services and Elan Homes, whilst also becoming a Chartered Marketer with the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Subsequently, I have 15 years’ experience in marketing management roles for various sectors including professional services, property, automotive, financial services, retail, and catering. I now work with businesses as an outsourced marketing consultant to plan and implement effective marketing activities.

Olivia, Senior Marketing Assistant

Hello, I’m Olivia Parkes and I am Marketing Consultant at MiniMe Marketing. Joining MiniMe as a Digital Marketing Apprentice in 2014 after looking for a hands-on insight into the marketing industry, I have since qualified and taken on many of the business responsibilities. I now plan and implement a range of marketing activities for our clients including social media, newsletters, PR, blogs, branding and everything in between. I support clients through every step of the marketing process, from meeting for a free initial consultation, through to ongoing communications and implementation. Providing measurable results and ultimately growth for small businesses is something I am truly passionate about, and I enjoy working with the MiniMe ethos of making each client feel like they’re our only client.

Charlotte, Digital Marketing Assistant

Hi, I’m Charlotte Leadbetter and I’ve recently joined as a Digital Marketing Assistant at MiniMe Marketing. I predominantly focus on helping the team with our clients’ online presence by managing social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+. I am looking forward to becoming an integral part of the team and working in creative marketing communications. I decided not to continue in the route to university after studying Film, English Literature and Language, Media & Creative Writing at college, instead I chose to find an apprenticeship in digital and creative media to gain a hands-on experience in the workplace. Career-wise, I wanted to find a job that embodies both my passion to write and interest in creative digital media; MiniMe Marketing was the perfect opportunity.
